
TXRE Properties sold the Arlington Interlink at 1701 E. Lamar Boulevard to Hielan Real Estate. The Dallas Business Journal reports Hielan secured a $10.5 million loan from Plains Capital Bank.
The building spans two stories and 83,050 square feet, with two rectangular office structures connected by a central lobby. Arlington Interlink, built in 1999, is located off I-30 and State Highway 360, just north of Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and not far from the Arlington Entertainment District, home to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.Dallas-based TXRE bought the office building from Rainier Capital in 2022 and completed a renovation in 2025.
TXRE renovated the property and increased occupancy from 36% to 95% before selling. Rents in the building from $16 per square foot to $24 per square foot. Tenants mostly consist of professional services, such as law firms and accountants.
