
Urban Edge Properties has arranged a long-term lease at Goucher Commons in Towson, Maryland, with La-Z-Boy. The new 11,605-square-foot store is the second deal the company has signed with the brand and brings the center to 100% leased. ed
Michael Patz of KLNB worked with La-Z-Boy, and Ryan Wilner and Michael Ginsburg from KLNB represented Urban Edge in the transaction. Goucher Commons sits at the heart of a dense retail corridor with easy access to Route 695. Anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, Goucher Commons offers a varied lineup of national retailers including DSW, Golf Galaxy, HomeGoods, Ulta, Five Below, Kirkland’s, DXL, and Mattress Firm.
