RPB Management Group is launching a “multi-venue dining and entertainment campus” called 207 Peachtree in the coming months. The 100-year-old building was last home to Regenstein’s Department Store. It closed in 1978, and the building has not been fully occupied since. It was restored and renovated by a previous owner in 2019.
207 Peachtree calls for six concepts spread across a restored 1920s building spanning 45,000 square feet on a prominent downtown corner where Peachtree Street meets Andrew Young International Boulevard.
Those venues include the Aire Rooftop Lounge, an indoor-outdoor lounge with city views, handcrafted cocktails and shareable plates. American Dive—a classic dive bar fueled by live music at night and a jukebox playing blues, jazz, country, and rock by day. Peachtree Sporting Club—an upscale sports bar combining watching sports and gaming with elevated pub fare. And the Grand Ballroom—a 10,000-square-foot event space for weddings, galas, corporate events, and large-scale celebrations for 300 guests or more.
