
211 Seventh is being marketed for sale by a JLL Capital Markets. 211 Seventh is a 12-story, 162,000-square-foot office building built on 0.7 acres in downtown Austin. Highland Resources owns the 1970s-era office building. The building is across the street from both the historic Driskill Hotel and the Omni Hotel.
The Austin Business Journal reports buyers of 211 Seventh could 1) leave the building as it is, 2) convert to apartments or condos, or 3) convert to a hotel.
The asking price for 211 Seventh was not disclosed. Occupancy is estimated at 61% among tenants, many with short-term leases. A JLL team, consisting of Jeff Coddington, Joe Dowdle, and Ryan Stevens, is marketing the building.
