Police chases may be cool and exciting in movies, but in reality, they’re really dangerous and usually not good for anyone involved. Property can be damaged, and worse, people can end up being injured or killed, be they bystanders, officers, or the criminals themselves. Chases got bad enough that governments have looked for ways to make vehicle pursuits safer, and one of them involves something called the Grappler.
