Christine Simek, senior vice president of Xroads Real Estate Advisors, represented Renaissance Med Spa in its 2,937-square-foot, five-year lease renewal at 1300 E. Woodfield Road, in Schaumburg, Illinois. Transwestern represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
The 137,000-square-foot, seven-story office building has been home to Renaissance Med Spa since Simek negotiated its original 2020 lease. Renaissance Med Spa specializes in facial rejuvenation, body treatments and holistic medicine/wellness.
“Renaissance Med Spa has thrived in its Schaumburg location, which is easy to access and adjacent to the bustling Woodfield Mall,” said Simek. “We were thrilled to negotiate their lease renewal so they can continue to provide valuable wellness services to the Northwest suburbs.”
