The 2026 Cadillac Optiq is getting rear-wheel drive and some extra horsepower, two things driving enthusiasts always appreciate. Some of that extra power will come by way of the already-announced Optiq-V performance version of the EV, but even the standard AWD will get a boatload of extra electric ponies.
