Outside of the United States, midsized pickups such as the Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux rule the truck market. In Europe and Australia, their smaller size is a better fit for narrow roads and crowded cities. Plus, the vehicles still offer plenty of payload and towing ability to get a job done.
