Volkswagen’s Atlas is new this year on an updated platform. It also has more horsepower thanks to revisions to its 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. But with gas prices well above $4 per gallon across the country, the real question is how thirsty is it? The answer is that it should use less gasoline than last year for every mile you drive.
