Toy Barn’s 205,000-square-foot, six-building luxury car garage location is on track to begin construction within the 124-acre Mack Innovation Park in north Scottsdale. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the garage will sit on 10 acres of land off Loop 101, between Bell and Pima roads. It’s the company’s eighth and largest Phoenix-area location.
The first 5-acre phase will break ground in the spring of 2027 with an anticipated completion date in the following spring. That phase will include a $35 million capital investment, 98,000 square feet with 64 suites, and a 6,000-square-foot community clubhouse. The second phase could break ground in the fall of 2027. In total, there will be 135 garage condos.
Toy Barn opened its first location in 2010. It now has multiple facilities in Scottsdale, Chandler and Cave Creek with a 138,000-square-foot Dove Valley facility set to open in October. The 91-suite complex is already 85% sold out.
