Northmarq represented the seller, a regional multifamily developer. The buyer was a private investor. “The Bend generated significant investor demand, further proving the depth of capital pursuing institutional-quality multifamily assets in the Louisville MSA where market fundamentals show consistent long-term growth,” said Schiavone. “ The property’s scale, vintage and strategic location made it an attractive opportunity for investors with long-term upside.” Built in 2023 and sitting on 13.22 acres, The Bend Apartments feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
The Bend Apartments are conveniently located near shopping featuring national retailers, restaurants and the Green Tree Mall, as well as access to both Interstates 65 and 265. It is 10 minutes from River Ridge Commerce Center and downtown Louisville.
