Adkisson and PCCP were buyers in what is being touted as the largest known industrial campus sale ever in greater Houston by square footage and acreage. Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale of Northwoods Industrial Park, a 2.7-million-square-foot, 64-building industrial campus in Northwest Houston. Texas Development Company was the seller.
Located at 11919 FM 529, Northwoods Industrial Park spans approximately 230 acres. Stream’s Jon Farris represented the seller in the transaction and has subsequently been selected to lead leasing for the property. The late Travis Land of Partners Real Estate represented the buyer.
Farris added, “Northwoods Industrial Park is truly a one-of-a-kind asset that would be nearly impossible to duplicate. The property offers heavy cranes, massive power and expansive yard space at a time when tenant demand for crane-served facilities in Houston is high.”
The campus is currently 98% occupied by a mix of local, national, and international credit tenants.
