But can the Porsche 911‘s “fried egg” style headlights from the early 996 generation years be redeemed? An automotive 3D modeling specialist under the name Simas Design Studio wondered enough to come up with some renderings to see if the then-polarizing headlight style could blend with the current 992 generation. Talking with CarScoops, Simas describes the renders as “a quick personal experiment,” but they’ve cooked up a lot of interest.
