Hyundai Drops Bargain 2026 Kona Lease Deals For November

Hyundai sells one of the cheapest crossovers in America, which is the Venue. For some, though, the Venue’s petite size and pedestrian powertrain are just too difficult to live with, and that’s where the Kona comes in.

While still costing way under $30,000, the Kona is a much more stylish, high-tech, and practical vehicle than the Venue. Hyundai also throws in a surprising number of features for the price, further sweetening the deal. If you want a small crossover with style, here’s a look at the Hyundai Kona’s November lease offers.

This Month’s Hyundai Kona Lease Deals

While many leases tend to be limited to specific and often cheaper trims, that’s not the case for the small crossover this month, as Hyundai Kona leasing offers are available for all four trims. 

The Hyundai Kona’s lease price begins at $209 per month for the SE with front-wheel drive. This offer is over a 36-month term and $3,999 is due at signing. Tax, title, registration, and licence are excluded. In terms of mileage, Hyundai includes 10,000 miles annually, and the fee for exceeding this is $0.20 per mile. Note that this lease deal ends on December 1, 2025.

The lease prices of the top trims overlap with those of the larger Hyundai Tucson, which is a larger and more refined vehicle.

If you want to buy a 2026 Hyundai Kona instead, it starts at $25,350 for the base SE. From there, pricing increases to $26,675 for the SEL Sport, $28,550 for the SEL Premium, and $32,650 for the Limited.

Powertrain and Features

The Kona SE and SEL Sport come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque; that’s better than the Venue’s engine, but performance is still a bit lethargic. FWD is standard and AWD optional, and these models have a CVT.

On the SEL Premium and Limited, the engine is a 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbo with much healthier outputs of 190 hp and 195 lb-ft. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic that’s more enjoyable than the base models’ CVT.

As standard, the Kona comes with 17-inch alloys, LED projector headlights and daytime running lights, cloth upholstery, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and basic air conditioning. The upper trims gradually add features like larger wheels, a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, and imitation leather upholstery. The top two trims also get a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, while the range-topping Limited enjoys a Bose sound system, a hands-free smart liftgate, and remote parking assistance.

The interior is quite roomy for a small crossover, and there’s enough cargo space for about seven carry-on cases behind the second row.

Final Thoughts

Hyundai now makes genuine performance vehicles (Ioniq 5 N), premium-feeling three-row SUVs (Palisade), and even a pickup truck (Santa Cruz). But this is a brand that still excels at packing plenty of value into a small, accessible package, and the Kona is a great example of this.

The Kona shows that small, budget-friendly crossovers need not be boring to look at or to drive, although the bump up in performance from the standard engine to the turbo is significant. But if all you need is an efficient city car, even the cheapest Kona SE gets the job done without fuss.
