- Storm Properties Inc., a developer, owner, and manager of residential, industrial and commercial properties, announced that Chad Lonski has joined the company as acquisitions manager. Lonski brings significant experience in residential land acquisition, financial underwriting, entitlement strategy and market analysis.Â
- Gildred Companies, a diversified commercial real estate and investment firm based in San Diego, has promoted Brook Logan to CEO. Logan previously served as COO, following her tenure as CFO.Â
- BuildOps, a developer of field service management software for commercial contractors, has named Will Lehrmann as Chief Product Officer. Lehrmann spent nearly 12 years at Procore Technologies, where he rose from product manager to VP of product management and served as head of product for specialty contractors.Â
- The Boldt Company appointed Brooke Higman to VP of regional construction operations for its California operations. Higman brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including five years with Boldt. She joined as project executive before advancing to operations manager.Â
- TRC, a privately held retail real estate operating company that owns and manages neighborhood retail shopping centers, is seeking an Investment Management Analyst in Irvine, CA. The analyst will maintain and update Argus models, support portfolio valuations, and assist with investment memos, due diligence, and transaction execution for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
