• Troy Kay has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director, based in Los Angeles.In his new role, Kay will focus on tenant representation, leveraging his deep market knowledge and client-centric approach to deliver strategic real estate solutions across office, industrial and retail sectors. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from EOP Realty where he served as managing director.  

• Construction management firm Suffolk has hired aviation construction veteran Emery Molnar as COO of West Coast Aviation. Based in Suffolk’s Los Angeles office, Molnar will oversee aviation operations and support business development efforts throughout the West region,. He will report to Sam Sleiman, who has been elevated to National President of Transportation as Suffolk continues scaling its national transportation and aviation platform. 

• Cove Capital Investments, LLC, a leading Delaware Statutory Trust sponsor company specializing in debt-free investment options for 1031 exchange and direct cash investors, announced its Cove Ponder Small Bay Industrial 101 DST, a Regulation D Rule 506(c) offering, is fully subscribed following the raising of $18,695,430 in equity from investors. 

• Life science REIT Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. highlighted the profound and growing impact of its longstanding partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation, including Alexandria’s leadership support and direct program funding of the Foundation’s Warrior Fitness Program, one of the most comprehensive and highly utilized health and performance initiatives serving the Naval Special Warfare  community. 

• California-based Birtcher Anderson & Davis Associates, Inc. and Belay Investment Group completed the sale of Lindbergh, a multi-tenant industrial property totaling approximately 97,840 square feet located at 4301–4321 Lindbergh Drive adjacent to Addison Airport, north of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The marketing efforts were led by CBRE National Partners’ Eliza Bechhuber.
