
- Newmark Group, Inc. has appointed Kyle S. Lutnick as chief strategy officer. In the newly created role, Lutnick will help shape the firmwide strategic and transformation agenda, including data, artificial intelligence and technology matters, and strategic account and platform growth. He will report to COO Luis Alvarado.Â
- Argo Real Estate, a privately-owned, full-service real estate firm with offices in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, appointed Michael Marks as COO. Marks has more than two decades of leading complex, multi-asset platforms across residential, commercial, and high-service environments. Previously he held senior leadership positions at the City University of New York, Open Society Foundations and Allied Partners, where he directed real estate strategy, global operations and large-scale capital initiatives. Â
- Prism Capital Partners has promoted longtime team member Anne Castiglia to Chief Financial Officer. The appointment coincides with a period of significant growth for the Nutley, NJ-based commercial real estate owner/operator/developer. After a career start in public accounting, Castiglia joined Prism in 2011 and has grown with the firm, most recently serving as SVP of finance.Â
- Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP announced that Michael L. McCarthy, a Huntington, NY native with a prominent local reputation, and his staff have joined the firm. He joins the firm’s Land Use & Zoning practice group as a partner. Â

- ARCTRUST Private Capital, the capital markets division of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, has acquired a seven-property, single-tenant net lease portfolio comprised of two Pinnacle Bank locations, three CVS Pharmacy locations, and two NAPA Auto Parts locations across six states. The portfolio will be offered to accredited investors as a Delaware statutory trust (DST):  ARCTRUST Exchange II DST.Â
