Trinity Property Consultants acquired the residential tower at 789 Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs for $53 million. Built in 1999 and previously known as The Eva, the tower comprises 300 residential units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, along with a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The development has been recently branded as ReNew Perimeter View. Ascent Residential was the seller.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the property has changed hands several times in the last decade. Eva Apartments OP LLC paid $73.5 million for the high-rise in 2023. Before that, an LLC tied to Magnolia Capital purchased it in 2017 for just over $62 million.
Trinity operates 10 other metro Atlanta properties within its national portfolio, located within Atlanta proper, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Decatur and Marietta.
