Baron Property Group announced the closing of a $226.5 million refinancing for Metro Parc, the mixed-use development with rental residences, amenities and retail in Hialeah. Madison Realty Capital and Yellowstone Real Estate provided the refinancing. The financing replaces the project’s construction loan and serves as a bridge to permanent financing. Ben Suky arranged the financing.
Designed by Modis Architects, the 559-unit Metro Parc represents the first phase of Baron Property Group’s 2.3-million-square-foot mixed-use megadevelopment in Hialeah. The development is currently leasing studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. Amenities include a pool with private cabanas, an outdoor courtyard with grills, a fitness center, a coworking space, a 24-hour concierge service, bike storage and parking.  Â
Metro Parc offers 15,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by Mr. Baker, a Cuban bakery with nine locations throughout Miami, expected to open later this year. The development sits adjacent to Metro Parc North, the second phase of the project, which recently topped out and is on track for completion in late 2027.  Â
