
Rockefeller Group purchased a 34.1-acre logistics site in Glendale, Arizona, from IndiCap and its capital partner.Â
Rockefeller Group and IndiCap will partner to develop West Olive Logistics Center, a 552,000-square-foot industrial building located at the northwest corner of West Olive Avenue and North Reems Road in Glendale.
Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West, including Will Strong, Jack Stamets, Molly Miller, Michael Matchett, and Madeline Warren represented the sellers in the land sale and also arranged the joint venture equity between both parties. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, Phil Haenel, and Justin Smith will be the exclusive leasing agents for the project.
Construction is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The project is part of a larger master-planned development consisting of 111.7 total acres and already features three Class A industrial buildings totaling over 1 MSF. These buildings were delivered in Q1 2024 as part of Phase I and have since been fully leased.
