
- Partners Real Estate (“Partners”) announced that top-ranked broker Joseph Cooper has joined the firm as Equity Partner on its Industrial team in Dallas. Mr. Cooper joins Partners from SRS Real Estate Partners, where he served as an Executive Vice President and Principal, and helped establish and scale that firm’s industrial practice. - GPI Crest, a joint venture between Giammalva Properties, Inc. and Crest Realty Advisors, plans to develop Ninety West, a 202,284-square-foot Class A industrial project in Brookshire, Texas. The project will be located on approximately 13.88 acres along Katy Brookshire Road, on Highway 90, and near Interstate 10, providing users with access to one of Houston’s fastest-growing industrial corridors. Ninety West will feature a cross-dock facility designed to accommodate modern logistics, distribution and manufacturing users. Construction is expected to begin in August 2026, with completion anticipated in March 2027.
- KBS completed the sale of Tollway North Office Park, a seven-building, 297,591-square-foot Class A business campus located in Plano’s Legacy Business Park, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. The property was acquired by BH Properties, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in value-add acquisitions. Newmark’s Chris Murphy, Gary Carr, Robert Hill and Austin Sheahan, represented KBS.
