Pepper Construction announced that Ty Parshall will succeed Scott Haddock as the leader of Pepper’s Central Ohio Office after Haddock’s retirement. Parshall joined Pepper in 2014 as a project manager and has become an integral leader within the company’s Ohio operations. Throughout his tenure, he has helped recruit, develop and mentor high-performing teams while fostering long-term client relationships built on trust, accountability and consistent results.
Baird & Warner announced that Greg Phillips, vice president and designated managing broker of the company’s Northwest Suburban office, has been installed as president of Mainstreet REALTORS. As president, he will help guide the association’s efforts in advocacy, professional standards, education and member services. A real estate professional for more than 30 years, Phillips joined Baird & Warner in 1994 after a successful career in the food and beverage industry.
Charles Worrell has joined PREMIER Design + Build Group as a project executive. He will play an important role in the continued growth of PREMIER’s Connecticut team, helping expand the company’s market presence while strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and project teams. Worrell brings more than 20 years of construction and development experience, including the successful delivery of prominent New York projects valued at up to $175 million.
Brennan Investment Group announced that Keith Hartley has joined the company as director, head of technology, a newly established leadership role based at Brennan’s Rosemont headquarters. In this role, Hartley will lead Brennan’s technology strategy and initiatives across the organization, with a focus on enterprise applications, data governance and security, vendor management, and business transformation. He will work closely with teams across the company to identify opportunities to strengthen cybersecurity, improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
JLL Value & Risk Advisory has appointed Rosalynn Jovanovich, MAI, as senior director, U.S. transformation and strategic execution. In this newly created role, Jovanovich will drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies across the U.S. VRA operations while partnering with executive leadership to execute critical strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational excellence. Jovanovich joins JLL from CBRE, where she served as a QRM director for Valuation & Advisory Services, overseeing quality and risk management initiatives.
Walbridge, a full-service construction company headquartered in Detroit, has launched L5 Mission Critical, a new company that will provide a full range of data center services. The integrated offering will include services ranging from commissioning and site readiness through steady-state critical operations, retrofits and project management services. Matt Landek is serving as president and CEO of L5 Mission Critical. He will work alongside Walbridge leadership, including John Rakolta III, president and CAO and the broader Walbridge organization. L5 Mission Critical will be headquartered in Chicago. Landek, most recently, was the Global president of JLL’s Data Center and Critical Environments, leading a workforce of 2,500 employees across 340 data centers across the globe
