CCRM Fertility & Gynecologic Surgeons of Illinois has signed a lease with MCB Science + Health for space at iMed Naperville Medical Office, a 72,000-square-foot medical office building in Naperville, Illinois.
This represents a relocation of one of the practice’s two offices in the greater Chicago area. Wilkingson (Will) Germain, CEO and Managing Partner of MCB Science + Health, represented the landlord, and Mohr Partners’ Chris Bargowski, Brandon Glick, Sam Picchiotti, and Anthony Anichini represented the tenant in this lease transaction.

Delivered in 2015, iMed Naperville Medical Office is a building equipped with 18,000-square-foot floorplates, 10-foot ceiling heights, a two-story lobby atrium, covered patient drop-off and pick-up areas, and surface parking that can accommodate approximately 300 vehicles.
