Harbor Global, a provider of expert services to the legal industry, has relocated and downsized its downtown Chicago headquarters. The firm provides services across strategy, legal technology, operations, and intelligence to clients, including law firms and corporations.
Harbor Global had been located in a 26,000-square-foot office at 425 S. Financial Place. The company now occupies 9,200 square feet at 200 N. LaSalle Street, reported the Chicago Business Journal. The new global headquarters will serve as a home base for approximately 100 employees. The Chicago office is the largest hub for Harbor employees in the United States, with teams located in other major markets.
“We launched our new company, Harbor, in 2023 and wanted our headquarters to reflect our new identity as Harbor in a vibrant and growing part of downtown,” said Matt Sunderman, CEO of Harbor. “This move creates more opportunities for live interaction, connection, and engagement, and the kind of teamwork that drives real impact for our clients.”
Onni Group purchased the 643,323-square-foot office building at 200 N. LaSalle Street in 2012 for $101 million. Stream Realty Partners oversees leasing for the property.
