
Storm Properties Inc. acquired an industrial property in Santa Ana for $5.95 million. Located at 4320 W. 1st St. and 201 S. Mountain View St., the 2.53-acre site features an 11,300-square-foot industrial building with a two-story office area and is currently vacant. Storm Properties plans to actively market the facility for lease.
The property benefits from dual street frontage on West 1st Street and Mountain View Street and consists of two separate primary parcels. Its functional, rectangular configuration includes a fully fenced, secured concrete yard, making it ideal for a range of industrial users, according to Storm Properties.
