
The Procopio Companies celebrated the grand opening of 203 Lowell St. in Wilmington, MA this week, The project is a three-building, 10,400-square-foot mixed-use campus including a commercial office building occupied by Beth Israel Lahey Health, a standalone Starbucks restaurant space and The Alice, a high-end residential condominium community.
Procopio’s construction team has completed the final tenant build-out for the medical office and residential components. The Alice has already sold 50% of its 50 units. The campus is proximate to Wilmington’s MBTA Commuter Rail station and has direct access to I-93.
