Pickup trucks, V8 engines, and manual transmissions would seem to go together perfectly. However, you can’t currently buy a vehicle that checks all three of those boxes — and the last time a Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra came from General Motors with such options, the largest producer of full-size pickup trucks, was nearly two decades ago.
