The Ford Super Duty pickup line is already developed and built with toughness in mind; these trucks in F-250, F-350, and F-450 form have more commercial and utilitarian purposes compared to the more mass-market F-150. AEV Extreme Off-road Lite
American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) is a specialized builder that deals with off-road components. AEV is considered one of the better firms and actually has direct working relationships with OEM brands like Jeep, Ram, GMC, Chevrolet, and Ford. The latter takes center stage, with AEV releasing a new off-road package for the Super Duty line.
The AEV FX370 is a kit designed for both the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. According to AEV, these kits offer OEM-level engineering, proven off-road capability, and everyday drivability. The kit includes 37-inch BFGoodrich tires for customers who want better off-road performance without having to go for a 40-inch fitment.
Another major upgrade to the FX370 is the DualSport Suspension and Bilstein dampers that work together to increase ride height and ground clearance while preserving the inherent comfortable ride and handling of the Super Duty trucks. AEV also prides itself on keeping the FX370’s aesthetics close to OEM, intent on keeping the overall look clean. There are a few aesthetic upgrades, though, like the AEV 18-inch Salta wheels, winch-compatible steel front bumper, high ground clearance rear bumper, as well as FX370 exterior graphics.

AEV lists the FX370 kit at $19,999; that price is only inclusive of the kit itself and exclusive of the actual truck. AEV describes the FX370 kit as an approachable entry-level kit compared to the other AEV Super Duty kits, but it still delivers the same engineering philosophy and premium components.
