
Agora Realty (Agora) has started construction on the third and final phase of development for its 73-acre master planned mixed-use community Hylo Park.Â
When completed the new $375-million, 25-acre phase will be a professional-level, mixed-use youth sports-and sports tourism-focused walkable entertainment district with a complementary mix of quality amenities to serve residents, youth and amateur athletes, visiting teams, families and spectators.Â
Hylo Park includes: a 250,000-square-foot multi-sport indoor field house; an existing multi-sport arena, fully accredited college preparatory Game Changers Sports Academy; surrounding outdoor public space and community field, shops, restaurants, and family entertainment center; along with a 177– key Hilton Embassy Suites.
Completion is set for late 2027.
Agora Realty’s 73-acre master planned mixed-use community includes three development phases. Agora completed construction in July 2026 of the second phase, Hylo Park South, a 90 percent-occupied, 90,750-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center. In late 2024, Agora sold 36.5 acres of land to Lennar Corp. for its residential development (phase one) within the Hylo Park master plan.
