WiWynn Technology is planning to build an 886K-SF factory in Socorro, just outside El Paso. The company will need 2,000 workers to man the new operation. WiWynn builds infrastructure for AI data centers. The plant will support the distribution of IT cloud products and components.
Having recently established in Socorro in 2025, Wiwynn will have a campus measuring over 1.6 million square feet and a combined workforce of 2,500 employees.
Socorro approved a $1.8 million incentive package to show support for the investment.Â
Wiwynn is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of servers, storage systems, and networking equipment for data centers. The company currently operates manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, Mexico and Malaysia.
