Lee & Associates NYC announced that Treeswift Inc., an AI-powered infrastructure technology company helping electric utilities modernize field operations, has relocated its New York headquarters to 256 W. 38th St. after signing a four-year, full-floor lease for 7,487 square feet. The Philadelphia-based tenant is expected to move into its new Midtown Manhattan headquarters in August.
Daniel Rodriguez of Buchbinder Warren LLC represented Treeswift. Todd Korren, Principal, Executive Managing Director, and Noah Caspi of Lee NYC represented the landlord, Hakimian Organization.
Treeswift develops AI-powered software, LiDAR and sensor technology that helps electric utilities collect and analyze field data to improve infrastructure inspections, vegetation management, construction planning, wildfire mitigation and storm response.
“Artificial intelligence companies have become one of the most active drivers of office leasing demand in Manhattan, but they are not all looking for trophy towers,” said Korren. “As these businesses grow, they are seeking efficient, well-connected headquarters that support collaboration, attract talent and provide long-term value. Treeswift’s relocation reflects that trend.”
