Alliance Residential Co. will break ground before the end of this year on Broadstone Enderly Park, a 336-unit community at 1306 Berryhill Road. It will be the company’s 10th apartment project in the Charlotte metro area.
The Charlotte Business Journal reports that Alliance acquired the 3.39-acre site from Beacon Partners and Browder Brown for $13.5 million.
Unit sizes will average out at 800 square feet. Amenities will include a pool, multiple outdoor kitchens with grilling areas, open green space, package room, dog park and pet-washing station. The property’s clubhouse will house the leasing office, fitness center, club and game rooms and co-working offices.
Cline Design Associates is the project architect.
The project is expected to begin delivering units some time in 2028.
Alliance’s most recent Charlotte delivery was Broadstone West End, a five-story, 332-unit apartment community at 2220 Wilkinson Blvd. The development opened in summer 2025. It also delivered Matheson Mill by Broadstone, a 302-unit community at 120 Matheson Ave. near NoDa, in April 2025.
