AmTrustRE announced a new wave of leasing activity at One East Wacker, securing six leases and expansions totaling nearly 95,000 square feet at the 41-story trophy office tower overlooking Chicago’s Riverwalk and River North.
The transactions include three new tenants and three renewals and expansions spanning both office and retail floors. Erica Marshall, Wendy Katz, and Mark Gunderson of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord across all office transactions at the property. “What we’re seeing at One East Wacker is the result of years of deliberate investment in the building and the community around it,” said Jonathan Bennett, President of AmTrustRE.
Fairgrounds Craft Coffee & Tea also joins the building’s ground-floor retail corridor with a 5,181-square-foot space. Leasing momentum at One East Wacker continues following the completion of significant upgrades, including extensive facade renovations along Wacker Drive and State Street, as well as comprehensive interior improvements throughout the building.
