Monticello, a 107-unit apartment community located at 415 Boren Ave in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, has been acquired by Nordic Partners Investments.
Built in 1957, Monticello spans 42,342 net rentable square feet across 107 units in the heart of Seattle’s urban core. The off-market acquisition drew multiple competing offers, delivering Nordic Partners Investments a value-add multifamily asset with meaningful economic upside in one of the city’s most established neighborhoods. Located just east of downtown Seattle, First Hill is one of the city’s most walkable and densely populated neighborhoods, anchored by a major medical and institutional employment base alongside easy access to downtown and Capitol Hill.
Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, and JD Fuller of Kidder Mathews’ Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the transaction. “Monticello is proof that capital is actively hunting for Seattle multifamily,” said JD Fuller, Associate Vice President at Kidder Mathews.
