Not long ago, Audi revealed plans to open its first US production facility in Georgia, pledging a $4 billion investment to have it up and running by the early 2030s. It will employ around 4,500 workers and handle SUV production for the local market, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 200,000 vehicles.
