
Avison Young has been retained to market a two-building, 318,945-square-foot, Class A suburban office park located in Alpharetta, Georgia, for sale. 100 Milton Park (162,199 square feet) and 200 Milton Park (156,746 square feet) are located at 30000 Mill Creek Avenue and 11175 Cicero Drive, respectively. Special servicer Rialto Capital is listed as the current owner. Adventus Realty Trust paid $57 million for the property in 2017 but lost the building due to a foreclosure.
An Avison Young team comprised of James Nelson, Erik Edeen, Brad Sinclair, Chris Godfrey and Nick Steen is leading marketing efforts.
The property is 85% leased to a range of tenants across a variety of industries including banking, technology, consulting, engineering, energy, legal and healthcare. Global technology company Landis+Gyr’s North American headquarters anchors the property.
According to Avison Young Technologies, 70% of office buildings in North Fulton are more than 90% leased.
