We know that the move to all-electric and hybrid cars can be tricky for some people, and not everyone wants the extra power or convenience that an electric motor adds. Mild hybrid vehicles are great for both the manufacturers, as they can help them get engines through emissions tests, and the consumers, as you can’t feel the hybrid system working, but you see the difference in fuel efficiency. Not to be confused with full-hybrids, mild-hybrid systems add a 48V system that takes some strain off the internal combustion engine by running interior features and sometimes providing an extra boost. These systems are found in many modern vehicles, but these are our favorite cars with mild hybrid technology in 2026.
