According to BMW, there’s a huge demand for front passenger-dedicated screens. This is not a new idea. We remember Porsche introducing it ages ago, Audi has an option in some vehicles, and Mercedes is never a brand to pass up adding more screen space to a car’s interior. BMW has been slow to take the bait, but our friends over at BMW Blog believe that the new G65 generation BMW X5 and the next long-wheelbase 7 Series will have supplemental screens for the front passenger.
