Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) has renewed its 73,500-square-foot lease at Combined Properties’ 195 Canal St. in Malden, MA. Under terms of the lease, CHA will continue to operate its Malden Family Medicine Center there for at least another five years.
The Malden Family Medicine Center has operated at 195 Canal St. since 2007. Affiliated with both Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine, its services include family medicine, primary care, behavioral health, nutrition, PACE, women’s health, & pharmacy.
