CBRE represented Weidner Apartment Homes in the sale of A’Cappella Apartment Homes, a 387-unit multifamily community in Lynnwood, Washington, for $112 million.
Kyle Yamamoto, Eli Hanacek and Natalie Kasper of CBRE’s Pacific Northwest Multifamily team represented the seller. Built in 1989, A’Cappella is located at 15001 35th Ave. W was recently renovated, with updated interior finishes in the units and common area improvements. The property was 95% occupied at the time of sale.
“A’Cappella’s scale and recent renovation made it a rare offering in a submarket where large, institutional-quality assets rarely trade,” said Yamamoto. “Its pivot-point location to major employment centers, including Boeing, the Eastside, and downtown Seattle, provided buyers with confidence in the property’s long-term performance.”
Lynnwood sits at the northern terminus of Sound Transit’s Link light rail, which opened in August 2024, offering easy connection to Seattle, SeaTac and the Eastside, while nearby employers anchor the submarket’s job base.
