Chevrolet’s been on a rampage in 2025, releasing Corvette design concepts left and right. After two prior versions teasing an electric C9 and a speedster spin-off, the bowtie brand has unveiled another two at Monterey Car Week that could be the wildest yet. And unlike before, there’s V8 power in the mix this time. The Corvette CX Concept and CX.R Vision Gran Turismo, as Chevrolet is quick to point out, are pure concepts and are not intended for production in any way. But that doesn’t mean their designs won’t inspire the C9 and maybe even the C10 Corvette generations, elevating the Corvette nameplate beyond the already astronomic heights it’s reached with the 1,250-horsepower ZR1X.
