JLL announced the appointment of Ann MacDiarmid as executive vice president, retail corporate services, where she will serve as transaction management practice lead. Based in Chicago, MacDiarmid is responsible for overseeing and growing JLL’s transaction management service offering within retail corporate services, including leading the transaction management team, serving as a direct point of contact for key client accounts, and managing onboarding and program delivery for new accounts. She reports to Walter Wahlfeldt, senior managing director, retail corporate services and Midwest retail lead.
Baird & Warner has appointed Jeanette Cutler as chief marketing officer. In her new role, Cutler will lead the company’s strategic marketing, brand, communications and growth programs, further strengthening Baird & Warner’s position as Chicagoland’s leading independent real estate brokerage. Cutler joins Baird & Warner with extensive professional experience developing transformative brand strategies and creative platforms. Most recently, she served as global vice president of brand and capability at Beam Suntory across its portfolio of internationally recognized brands.
Skender announced eight leadership promotions across project management and field operations, with Lauren Bauer and Brian Skender being named project executives. Additional promotions include Jack Bauschelt to senior project manager and team leader; Jake Lawniczak to senior project manager and team leader; Will Hansen to senior superintendent and team leader; David Bentley to senior superintendent; Kelly Allen to senior project manager; and Kiel Hansen to senior project manager.
Colliers announced that Gabe Philibert has joined the company as managing director and brokerage market leader for Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. In his new role, Philibert will oversee all brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention, and business development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. He will report to Jeremy Jacobs, president of the Central Region Brokerage.
JLLÂ announced that Jon Owens and Josh Graham have joined its Indianapolis office leasing advisory and sales team as executive vice president and senior vice president, respectively. Both previously held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where Owens served as managing director and Graham as director. With the addition of Owens and Graham, JLL Indianapolis has now made four strategic hires in 2026. Together, they bring specialized expertise in life sciences and healthcare real estate, complementing the office leasing capabilities added earlier this year with Tom Hadley and Sam Garvin.
