
CBRE has promoted Chris Schastok to vice chairman, the firm’s highest professional title for producers. Schastok is a member of CBRE’s Site Selection & Incentives group within the Advisory Services Practice, based in Chicago. For more than 13 years at the firm, he has helped clients translate business objectives into site selection strategy and economic incentive negotiations, working alongside the broader planning and execution of corporate real estate initiatives. He has negotiated billions in incentives on clients’ behalf, with experience across corporate headquarters, food production, manufacturing and distribution center projects.
Oxford Companies, a commercial real estate firm serving the greater Ann Arbor area, announced that Neal Warling has joined the company as director of sales and leasing. Warling will help lead Oxford’s brokerage activities, working with property owners, investors, tenants and corporate clients. The firm also announced the promotions of three longtime members of its leadership team, naming Joe Mifsud chief operating officer, Katie Vohwinkle senior vice president of operations, and Mike Van Patten senior vice president of asset management.
PREMIER Design + Build Group announced that David Lewis has joined the company as general superintendent, based in its Columbus, Ohio, office. In his new role, Lewis will provide field leadership for the company’s Ohio operations, overseeing project execution while supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, and the continued development of field teams. Lewis brings more than four decades of construction experience, including more than 30 years in field management and leadership roles.
CenterPoint Properties has appointed Ross Straseske as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Straseske leads the company’s finance organization, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, corporate and property valuation processes, capital and liquidity management, and reporting to CenterPoint’s executive leadership, board of directors, and ownership. Straseske joined CenterPoint in 2021 as development controller after serving as vice president of data reporting and financial analytics at Heitman.
Entre Commercial Realty completed the sale of a 25,000-square-foot industrial flex building on 2.29 acres located at 2449 Pierce Dr. in Spring Grove, Illinois. The multi-tenant property is divided into five units and was fully leased at the time of sale. Rick Delisle from RD Strategic represented the Purchaser, and Kevin Kaplan from Entre Commercial Realty represented the Seller.
