Creation with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, closed on a 38-acre site in Avondale for the development of Avondale Tech Center, a three-building Class-A industrial campus totaling approximately 700,000 square feet.
Located on the northwest corner of 117th Avenue and Corporate Drive within the West Valley’s premier manufacturing corridor, Avondale Tech Center is designed to serve advanced manufacturing and innovation-driven enterprises.
The development will consist of three buildings ranging from 212,184 to 254,264 square feet, each designed to accommodate the operational needs of modern industrial users, including advanced manufacturing, research and development and assembly operations. Target industries include pharmaceutical development, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing and defense contracting.
Construction is expected to begin this summer. LGE Design Build will serve as both architect and general contractor for the project. Riley Gilbert, John Lydon and Kelly Royle of JLL will lead leasing efforts.
Creation is headquartered in Phoenix.
