
Disney Investment Group (DIG) brokered the sale of Mockingbird Central Plaza in Dallas, Texas. Mockingbird Central Plaza is a 79,885 square foot, urban/infill shopping center located on Mockingbird Lane just east of Central Expressway near Southern Methodist University.
Currently 98% leased, Mockingbird Central Plaza features twenty-two (22) existing tenants, including Whole Earth Provision, Jason’s Deli, Mattress Firm, Run On, Uptown Cheapskate, Chipotle (opening 2026) and many others. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the Dallas-based seller, Corsair Property Company and procured the buyer, Curbline. Curbline Properties is a publicly traded company whose portfolio focuses on convenience retail properties.Â
