Hillwood has partnered with Taylor Sheridan’s SGS Studios and Paramount Pictures to open Texas’s largest film and TV production studios at AllianceTexas. The campus will bring large-scale film and television production to Texas.
Following the launch of SGS 1 and SGS 2, where Landman is being shot, the partnership will begin development of the first master-planned studio campus within the AllianceTexas footprint — a full-service production destination designed to anchor long-term industry growth and position Texas as a leader for content creation.
Located near Perot Field and DFW Airport, the 450,000-square-foot campus allows for four simultaneous large-scale productions. The project also features sound stages, post-production suites and scalable infrastructure to attract top-tier productions and create thousands of future industry jobs.
Taylor Sheridan added, “Texas offers something rare: the space to dream big, the freedom to build fast, and a community that still believes storytelling matters.”
