Infotainment and connectivity proved to be a major pain point with the 78,514 owners of new vehicles who responded to the survey, which covers problems and pain points experienced in the first 90 days of ownership. Although things like overall reliability and build quality are up, touchscreens are still a modern car bugbear – despite some cars like the Mazda CX-5 and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class relying more heavily on them than ever.
