
- Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) brokered the sale of a 17,400-square-foot, eight-suite retail center in Middleburg, Florida. The property sold for $8.4 million. Zack House led a team on behalf of the seller. Built in 2025, the property is fully leased to a diverse tenant mix on new triple-net leases, including Mattress Warehouse, Firehouse Subs, Domino’s and Wingstop, and is surrounded by national retailers such as Walmart, Lowe’s, ALDI and The Home Depot.
- Rockpoint delivered phase one of Race Track Logistics Pompano, a new Class A industrial park in Pompano Beach, FL. Ware Malcomb’s Miami office provided architecture and interior design services for the four-building, 620,000-square-foot initial phase. The new logistics hub will ultimately encompass 1.5 million square feet.
- Hoar Construction promoted John Goodner to region president, overseeing the general contractor’s markets of Alabama, Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas. Goodner’s career began at Hoar as a project manager before working his way up to positions including director of division operations for the Florida Division and senior vice president of operations in the firm’s Birmingham headquarters, overseeing both the Alabama and Florida divisions.
- FRP Development Corp completed the first phase of Logistics Center at Delray, comprising of 200,000 square feet of Class A logistics space in Delray Beach, Florida. Spearheaded by a joint venture between FRP and PCCP, a real estate finance and investment management firm, the development plans include building an additional 392,000 square feet, bringing the total to three planned state-of-the-art industrial buildings.
