Following its recent funding announcement, advanced metals company Foundation Alloy has selected 45 Industrial Pkwy. in Woburn, MA as the home of its first dedicated manufacturing headquarters..Relocating from MIT’s The Engine, the company has leased approximately 36,055 square feet, which will support the manufacturing, laboratory and research infrastructure needed to scale production and support its next phase of growth.
The transaction was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin McNamara, Ross Gaudet and Michael O’Leary, who represented Foundation Alloy. JLL’s Chelsea Andre, Rachel Marks and Chris Decembrele represented the landlord, Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital.
