Newmark arranged approximately $45.9 million in FHA-insured financing for two recently developed Class A multifamily communities in Grand Junction, Colorado: Nexus Apartments, a 122-unit property, and The Eddy Apartments, a 96-unit property. Newmark’s Kelley Klobetanz arranged the HUD Section 223(f) financings on behalf of the borrower, Four Points Funding, which also developed the two projects.Â
Completed in 2024, Nexus Apartments is a market-rate multifamily community comprising a mix of walk-up apartment buildings and townhome-style residences. The property features a clubhouse, lounge, game room, community garden, barbecue area and outdoor gathering spaces.Â
Completed in 2022, The Eddy Apartments is located along the Colorado River with Class A residences and amenities. The property offers residents direct access to the riverfront trail system connecting to Las Colonias Park, as well as amenities through a shared-use agreement with the adjacent Camp Eddy RV park, including a clubhouse, fitness center, community room and outdoor patio.Â
